Common questions
How does billing work?
Your subscription is $149 a month and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle appears on your statement, issues your invoice and receipt automatically, and handles any applicable tax at checkout.
What happens if I use all 20 posts?
Writing pauses for the rest of the month and everything else carries on as normal. Your blog stays online, your drafts stay editable, and you can still schedule and publish what you have already written. The count starts again on the first of the month. If you are running out every month, email us and we will sort out something that fits.
Can I publish for more than one business?
A subscription covers one site. If you look after several businesses, or several brands under one roof, tell us what you need and we will price it properly rather than have you buy the same thing twice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings or by emailing support@crediblog.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you're not charged again.
What if it's not for me?
Every new subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy within 30 days of your first purchase, we'll refund you in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do I keep my content?
Always. Everything published under your name is yours. You can retrieve your posts anytime through the JSON API, and if you ever leave, we will hand you a full copy at no charge.
