Notice & Takedown Policy

CrediBlog hosts blog content published by the businesses that use our platform. We respect intellectual property and privacy, and we act on valid complaints. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your rights or is otherwise unlawful, and what we do about it. It forms part of our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

1. How to report content

Email abuse@crediblog.com with:

• The link (URL) to the specific content you are reporting.
• What the problem is: for example, it infringes your copyright, uses your image or personal information without a basis, or is otherwise unlawful.
• Your name and contact details so we can follow up.
• For a copyright claim:identification of the work you say is infringed, and a statement that you are the rights-holder or are authorised to act on the rights-holder's behalf.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your report is accurate.

You do not need a lawyer or a court order to report content. A clear email with the link is enough to start.

2. What we do

• We review reports promptly.
• Where a report is valid on its face, we remove or disable access to the specific content quickly and notify the user or business that published it, with the reason.
• We keep a record of reports and the action taken.

We act on the specific content reported. We are a hosting provider for our customers' blog content; we do not pre-screen or independently verify the rights to every post, which is why this report channel exists.

3. If your content was removed (counter-notice)

If you are the business or user whose content was removed and you believe this was a mistake (for example, you do hold the rights or have a valid basis), reply to our notice at abuse@crediblog.com explaining why. Where appropriate, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly publish infringing or unlawful content may be suspended or terminated, in line with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Clearly illegal material

Content that is categorically unlawful (for example, child sexual abuse material) is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities as required by law. We may preserve relevant records to assist a lawful investigation.
